With Secomea Prime, you will experience a more modern and intuitive user interface designed for easy connections and troubleshooting.
Login Information
If you typically use a username and password, you need to add "@" followed by your current GateManager domain name to your username.
Example: If your username is "myusername" and your GateManager domain is "gm14.secomea.com," your new username will be: myusername@gm14.secomea.com.
We recommend enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to enhance your account security.

How to Start a Remote Access Session in Prime
After logging in, you will see an overview of your Appliances, where you can select the machine you want to access.
Click Connect to start a remote session or choose among available options (HTTPS, VNC, SSH, RDP).
Additional Information
You can always return to GateManager to use features that are not yet available in Secomea Prime.
