My device is defective but no longer within the warranty - what can I do?

We are also happy to help you with items that are already outside the statutory warranty period.

Please report the corresponding device at https://rma.satomec.ch - we will contact you as soon as possible and discuss the further steps with you.

Basically, the following procedure applies:
  1. fill out the above online form and wait for confirmation mail with the ticket number.
  2. pack and address the article
  3. return shipment or personal return
  4. cost estimate / offer for exchange device will be created and sent to you
  5. confirm or reject repair approval by you
  6. the defective device will be repaired and/or returned to you.
Please note that depending on the product, we charge an expense allowance if a repair is not to be carried out.
Otherwise, this amount will be credited accordingly.
