- For devices from manufacturers with whom we have an official factory representation, but which you have not purchased from us, we can offer a repair at a charge. In this case, no warranty claims can be made. Please open a ticket for this under: https://repair.satomec.ch
- For devices from manufacturers with whom we have no official factory representation, we offer a specialized repair service. Please open a ticket under: https://repair.satomec.ch
- We support almost all known brands like Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Schneider Electric, ABB, Fanuc, Indramat and many more. The product range includes monitors, HMI, CNC, servos, PLC, power supplies, industrial PC drives, frequency converters etc.

Spare part service:
For discontinued and current assemblies from various manufacturers. We have a large selection of new and refurbished assemblies, programmers and operator panels. In addition, we carry a large assortment of products that are no longer supplied or supported by the manufacturer.
Exchange Service:
In the event of a defective device or assembly, we offer an exchange service, which in most cases is faster and less expensive than repair.
