If a software dongle is broken, it may still be possible to save and restore the license.
The following link provides step-by-step instructions for restoring the license:
- If a recovery is unsuccessful, there is no longer any possibility of recovery and a replacement license must be generated.
- In order for a replacement license to be issued, a completed Anti-Misuse Statement is required.
- The corresponding document can be requested from Support.
The issuing of a replacement license is subject to a processing fee.
