We are also happy to help you with items that are already outside the statutory warranty period.
If you have purchased the device in question from us, please report the device in question at rma.satomec.ch - we will contact you as soon as possible and discuss the next steps with you.
If the device in question was not purchased from us, or is not from our standard range, please register the device in question at repairs.satomec.ch.
Basically, the following procedure applies:
- Fill out the above online form and wait for the confirmation email with the ticket number.
- Pack and address the article
- Return shipment or personal return
- Cost estimate / offer for exchange device will be created and sent to you
- Confirm or reject repair approval by you
- Defective device is repaired and/or returned to you
Please note that depending on the product, we charge an expense allowance if a repair is not to be carried out.
Otherwise, this amount will be charged accordingly.
